The 1st Battalion 102nd Infantry Regiment is a battalion in the Connecticut National Guard. The unit is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut. They are here on Fort Dix at Range 59C training during a “Mortar Live Fire”. The live fire training consists of a team with direct fire call-out coordinates from the lead in the Range Tower which the team prepares and fires the mortar.
