A group of senior leaders from Washington, D.C., Coast Guard Pacific Area, 17th Coast Guard District, Coast Guard Sector Anchorage, NANA Regional Corp., Native Village of Kotzebue, and the Maniilaq Association pose outside of the Northwest Arctic Heritage Center in Kotzebue, Alaska, July 19, 2022.
