Gen. Duke K. Richardson, Air Force Materiel Command commander, gets ready to shoot an M18 Modular Handgun on the range at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, July 6, 2022. Richardson visited the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center for three days of briefings and tours to learn about AFIMSC’s missions. The M18 is the newest handgun in the Air Force inventory and the general fired it as part of the Air Force Security Forces Center’s weapons modernization immersion.
