U.S. Air Force Capt. Eric Vinson, a certified registered nurse anesthetist with the Health Engagements Assistance Response Team (HEART) 2022, provides anesthesia care for a Honduran patient prior to hip surgery July 20, 2022, at Hospital Escuela in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. During the four-week event, U.S. military members and Honduran medical professionals will focus on three surgical specialties: orthopedic, ophthalmological and dental.
