U.S. Marines with Marine Light Helicopter Attack Squadron (HMLA) 775, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, prepare to take off in a UH-1Y Venom at a forward arming and refueling point (FARP) during Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) 4-22 at Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif. on July 21, 2022. A FARP is a temporary facility organized, equipped and deployed to provide fuel and ammunition necessary for the employment of aviation maneuver units in combat. ITX provides the Marine Corps Reserve an opportunity to conduct force deployment planning, mobilization rehearsals, Active Component integration and increase combat readiness for all elements of the MAGTF.
