Airmen assigned to the 15th Special Operations Squadron (15th SOS), Hurlburt Field, Fla., demonstrate Forward Area Refueling Point (FARP) procedures to the 77th Fighter Generation Squadron at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., July 6, 2022. With FARP capabilities, U.S. Air Force aircraft options are increased, and any accessible landing zone can be used as a refueling point, allowing aircraft to efficiently continue operations.
