U.S. Marine Corps Col. Robert G. McCarthy, branch head of Marine Manpower Enlisted Assignments (MMEA), Marine Corps Manpower and Reserve Affairs, addresses Marines with Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic (FMFLANT), Marine Forces Command (MARFORCOM), Marine Forces Northern Command (MARFOR NORTHCOM), during an all hands professional military education assembly at Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Virginia, July 28, 2022. Leaders from MMEA visited FMFLANT, MARFORCOM, MARFOR NORTHCOM to present information and provide guidance to enlisted Marines on career advancement, special duty assignments and re-enlistment incentives. MMEA ensures Marines who are eligible for reenlistment in Fiscal Year 2023 are able to make informed decisions about their careers, assignment options, and potential for future service.
