Dr. Jamila Rattler, Executive Director (center left), and the DLIELC staff
welcomed Col. Nicholas Dipoma, Vice Commander, 2 AF (far left), who arrived
at the campus for a late afternoon immersion visit on July 25. During his
visit, Colonel Dipoma and the accompanying 2 AF Command Chief, CMSgt.
Kathleen McCool, received a welcome briefing and discussion with the senior
staff in the DLIELC Conference Center. The 2AF vice commander and command
chief also toured the 637th International Support Squadron's Operations
building and saw English language curriculum that will be utilized in a
future modernized classroom at the 332nd Training Squadron's English
Instruction Flight. At the 2AF DVs final stop, DLIELC Aviation Language
Training Center, Dipoma donned goggles, grab the flight controllers without
any hesitation, and took a leisurely flight on one of the aviation language
