JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (July 15, 2022) - Lt. Cmdr. Jose Pulido, a pharmacist at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, conducts a medication audit at the hospital’s pharmacy. Pulido, a native of La Joya, Texas, says, “Our mission is to help patients get the medications they need to improve their health.” On August 4, The Navy’s Medical Service Corps will celebrate its 75th birthday. The Medical Service Corps is the Navy’s most diverse corps, which includes clinicians, scientists, and healthcare administrators.
