Brigadier General Joseph Lestorti, Deputy Director of Operations, U.S. Northern Command, addresses a gathering of more than 200 attendees at the Counter Transnational Criminal Organization Operations (CTCO) Conference Aug. 2, 2022, at the North American Aerospace Defense Command and USNORTHCOM headquarters on Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. The conference, spanning three days, brought together members from USNORTHCOM components, subordinate commands, law enforcement partners and CTCO stakeholders to discuss disruption of transnational criminal organizations and the development of a collaborative framework that supports the national drug control strategy.
