    PACIFIC OCEAN (July 14, 2022) An Australian Royal Navy Sailor, guides a U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 363, Marine Air-Ground Task Force 7, aboard Royal Australian Navy Canberra-class landing helicopter dock HMAS Canberra (L02), July 14. Twenty-six nations, 38 ships, four submarines, more than 170 aircraft and 25,000 personnel are participating in RIMPAC 2022 from June 29 to Aug. 4 in and around the Hawaiian Islands and Southern California. The world’s largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC 2022 provides a unique training opportunity while fostering and sustaining cooperative relationships among participants critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security on the world’s oceans.
