U.S. Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Carl F. Warner, 131st Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) water and fuels system maintenance craftsman, solders copper piping together at 14 Wing Royal Canadian Air Force Base in Greenwood, Canada, July 12, 2022. Members with the 131st Bomb Wing’s 231st CES, 200th REDHORSE Squadron and the 239th Combat Communications Squadron, deployed to Nova Scotia as part of the Construction Engineering Project Exchange Program with the 14 Wing of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). These Guard members worked in cooperation with the RCAF to complete quality of life improvements to the base, to build on skillsets and to strengthen interoperability with Canadian allies.
