Leia Tascarini, a public affairs mass communication specialist with the 107th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment (MPAD) engages with members of the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force (ABDF) during a State Partnership Program (SPP) in St. George, Antigua, Aug. 3, 2022. Florida National Guardsmen exchanged their knowledge of media production and public engagement members of ABDF during the week-long event. SPP has created a platform for troops to enhance skills while also strengthening their relationships with partner nations.
