The static display holds an OH-58 Kiowa, one of thirty helicopters Keiser’s uncle, Touchet, oversaw in his time with 3rd Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade, 3rd ID, and Keiser chose the spot to honor his service and continue her family legacy in military service and public affairs.
