U.S. Air Force Airmen, assigned to the 163D Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) from March Air Reserve Base in California, guide the telehandler operator for proper steel ridge column placement on the foundation of the Special Olympics Training Facility in Ewa Beach, Hawaii on August 4, 2022. The 163D CES participated in Innovative Readiness Training by traveling to the Island of Oahu to assist in the construction of a training facility, and connecting sidewalk for the impaired athletes of the Hawaii Special Olympics.
