A Royal Australian Air Force Armament technician assigned to 1 Squadron supports the launch of a F/A-18F Super Hornet during RED FLAG-Alaska 22-3 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, Aug. 4, 2022. In addition to providing a unique opportunity for aircrew to train over the 77,000 square mile Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex, RF-A also provides training for maintenance and support personnel in sustainment of large-force deployed air operations.
