The staff of Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific, toured Ie Shima Training Facility to become familiar with operations within the Pacific region. Twelve Marines manage the facility, which includes a training site and landing strip to facilitate aviation operations and emergency response.
