Operators simulate medical interventions on a soldier posing as an enemy combatant during a training exercise in Battle Creek, Michigan, August 10, 2022. The operation integrated guardsmen from the Birmingham, Alabama-headquartered 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne) with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners to infiltrate a complex building, neutralize enemies, rescue hostages and recover hazardous materials.
