An MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the “Seahawks” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 41, takes off during a flight demonstration with the Hon. Mr. Arthur Sinodinos AO, Australian ambassador to the United States. HSM 41 is a Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) under HSM Wing Pacific (HSMWP), responsible for training the Navy’s newest Naval aviators and Naval aircrewman to fly and fight the MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter. HSMWP supports the manning, training and equipment of HSM squadrons based in the Pacific theatre, optimizing their capabilities for surface, anti-submarine and electronic warfare areas.
