U.S. Navy Lt. Van Den Berg, an F/A-18 Super Hornet pilot with Carrier Air Wing 5, and Virgina, South Africa native, returns to Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, August 17, 2022. The air wing's return marked the completion of their most recent deployment aboard the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76), where they provided airpower to protect U.S. forces and allies as they flew missions in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
