U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. David Maxwell, the commanding general of Marine Corps Installations Command, attends a brief on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 17, 2022. Shortly after his arrival to Okinawa, Maxwell toured MCAS Futenma to learn about air operations and capabilities in the Pacific region.
