U.S. Marine Corps Col. Richard H. Pitchford, the commanding officer of Marine Corps Security Force Regiment (MCSFR), participates in a dunk tank fundraiser for the Single Marine Program during the first annual “MCSFR Day” field meet at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Virginia, Aug. 19, 2022. The Marines with MCSFR competed head-to-head in High-Intensity Interval Training challenges, tug-of-war, pugil sticks and various other categories to test their teamwork capabilities and determination. “MCSFR Day” was established to strengthen cohesion and camaraderie amongst the Marines to increase unit readiness.
