A U.S. Coast Guard 26-foot Over-the-Horizon (OTH) small boat from USCGC Bear (WEMC 901) trails off the stern of French Naval vessel Rhone during a rescue and assistance exercise in Operation Nanook, Northern Atlantic Ocean, Aug. 11, 2022.
