Hank Kim, Pacific Partnership 2022 (PP22) mission commander, presents Utilitiesman 2nd Class Michael Fraley, from Winchester, Kentucky, assigned to Amphibious Construction Battalion One (ACB-1), with a coin during a tour of the Buenavista renovation project. Now in its 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
