An EC-255 Super Puma with the Maritime Pre-Positioning Force passes the USS Rushmoore while delivering cargo during a replenishment at sea, in the Philippine Sea, Aug. 15, 2022. This RAS delivered food, supplies, parts, and mail to Sailors and Marines underway across multiple naval ships. The 31st MEU is operating aboard ships of the Tripoli Amphibious Ready Group in the 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with allies and partners and serve as a ready response force to defend peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
