U.S. Navy Corpsmen with Combat Logistics Battalion 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, feel for a simulated exit wound on a casualty during a casualty evacuation exercise aboard USS New Orleans (LPD 18), in the Philippine Sea, Aug. 22, 2022.
