Pennsylvania State University Applied Research Lab’s unmanned underwater vehicle makes its way through the harbor at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) on Aug. 23 during a demonstration as part of the Repair Technology Exercise, known as REPTX.
