Soldiers from the 75th Innovation Command join fellow U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers in sharing their respective teams' proposals to better support Gray Area Retirees during a virtual Innovation Boot Camp Aug. 4, 2022. Hosted by the National Security Innovation Network, the boot camp offered a structured, interactive platform for subject matter experts from multiple military and civilian agencies to collaborate and generate practical solutions to issues that arose while processing thousands of applications and fielding hundreds of inquiries from Reserve and National Guard retirees who qualify or will soon qualify to receive their retirement benefits. Participants from the 75th Innovation Command possess extensive education and experience in information technology, project management, human resources and other specialized skills acquired in their military and civilian careers that are relevant to resolving complex issues.
