Aristotle Rivera, Chaplain, Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), conducts the benediction during a retirement ceremony held at Seabee Museum onboard Port Hueneme, Aug. 25. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
