Ethan Tesmer, a logistics specialist with Combat Logistics Battalion 4, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, sets up a Combat Operations Center at Kin Blue, Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 27, 2022. Tesmer, a native of San Antonio, Texas, graduated from Churchill High School in 2020 and enlisted out of Recruiting Substation station Northeast in 2020. 3rd MLG, based out of Okinawa, Japan, is a forward-deployed combat unit that serves as III MEF’s comprehensive logistics and combat service support backbone for operations throughout the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.
