U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Cape May

Recruits that are part of the English Language Training Program (ELTP) attend initial processing classes at Training Center Cape May, Aug. 25, 2022.

ELTP is a pilot program designed to assist recruits in meeting the English comprehension standard. Time is spent at both Training Center Cape May and the Defense Language Institute English Language Center located in San Antonio, Texas, at Lackland Air Force Base to complete basic training.
