Speaking during the final hot wash meeting on Sept. 1, Self Defense Test Ship (SDTS) Systems Engineer Carlos Boisselier, right, thanks vendors who participated in the first-ever Repair Technology Exercise (REPTX) aboard the SDTS at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD).
