In the late afternoon of August 19, 2022, two CH-47s of the Bravo Company, 3rd Battalion – 126th Aviation Regiment out of the Maryland National Guard conducted two flights each to transport Infantry Soldiers of Minnesota National Guard’s 1st Combined Arms Battalion – 194th Armor into a narrow landing zone to practice “pinnacle landing,” operations on Camp Ripley.
