U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) commander Col. Patrick McFall speaks at a ceremony observing the 21st anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. McFall reflected upon the bitter losses of that grim day, noted the heroism displayed by the more than 400 police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians who perished helping others escape the devastation, and asked the audience to remember the burden borne by our nation’s Soldiers and the key role YPG personnel played in saving countless others from death and injury.
