Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III presents copies of declassified memos from 1945 recommending Chief of the Czechoslovavak Intelligence, Brigadier Gen. Frantisek Moravec, be recommended for the Legion of Merit award to Czech Minister of Defense Jana Cernochova in Prague, Czech Republic, Sept. 9, 2022.
