Patrick Frank, U.S. Army Central commanding general, met with William Grimsley, secretary of the South Carolina Department of Veterans Affairs, and Kevin Shwedo, the executive director of the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, during their visit to Shaw Air Force Base and Patton Hall, September 8.
