U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Christopher A. Ashinhurst, the commanding officer of 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, Recruit Training Regiment, presents awards to the platoon honormen during a graduation ceremony at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Sept. 9, 2022. Graduation took place at the completion of the 12- week transformation including training for drill, marksmanship, basic combat skills, and Marine Corps customs and traditions.
