SAN DIEGO (Aug. 29, 2022) – Capt. Matthew Cieslukowski right, commanding officer of amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), discusses shipboard capabilities with Argentine Rear Adm. Rodolfo Berazay-Martinez, Argentine Naval Attaché to the U.S., while walking to the upper vehicle deck aboard Boxer during a ship familiarization tour, Aug. 29. The Argentine Navy delegation visited Boxer ahead of the potential assignment of an Argentine surface warfare officer candidate aboard an amphibious ship through the Personnel Exchange Program.
