A 26-foot Over-the-Horizon small boat attached to USCGC Bear (WMEC 901) is prepared to be lowered into the water for a night time man overboard evolution, North Atlantic Ocean, Aug. 30, 2022. The Bear and its crew are participating in a Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization (NAFO) patrol to promote a rules-based order around fisheries which in-turn protects living maritime resources and bolsters international partnerships.
