(Sept. 11, 2022) – Air Traffic Controller 1st Class Timothy Gardner, leading petty officer (LPO), Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) parades the colors during a 9/11 ceremony onboard Point Mugu. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
