Command Sgt. Maj. Quentin Fenderson, the senior enlisted advisor for 3rd Infantry Division, discusses mold mitigation during professional development training with senior enlisted leaders on Fort Stewart, Georgia, Sep. 12, 2022. Fenderson addressed hundreds of leaders in the ranks of staff sergeant and above during the training to highlight the importance of leader presence in the barracks. Fenderson said that leader presence is vital in helping Soldiers identify mold issues in the barracks and connect with appropriate resources to mitigate it.
