Ready Now! Shaping Tomorrow…
U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) conduct a Soldier Readiness Process, commonly known to military members as “SRP”, during their monthly Battle Assembly in September at the 1st Lt. David R. Wilson Armed Forces Reserve Center in Orlando, Florida.
SRPs consist of important tasks critical to Soldier readiness and unit preparedness.
To conduct an SRP you need to screen Soldier’s medical, dental, legal, administrative, and mental readiness.
BIG THANKS for the support from, LHI, the 377 Surgeon Cell, 174 Legal Operations Det., the 377th Theater Sustainment Command, and many more.
