The Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, dive team members conducted diver rescue drills where a standby diver is deployed to rescue the primary diver at the Black Rock Lock, Buffalo, NY . The standby diver follows the umbilical airline down to the primary diver, assess the condition of the primary diver and correspondingly rescues the diver bringing them to the surface and attaching them to a manlift to get them out of the water safely, September 9, 2022.
