    MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON (Sept. 1, 2022) - U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. John Maher, a platoon commander with Combat Logistics Battalion 13, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, guides a front-end loader during a foreign humanitarian assistance exercise, Sept. 1. A force in readiness, the 13th MEU trains to rapidly respond to crises in all domain environments with the help of naval power projection.
