Enlisted military leaders from 28 partner nations discuss the new and continuing threats faced by leaders worldwide at the senior leader seminar during Eager Lion, Sept. 13, 2022, in Amman, Jordan. More than 5,000 individuals from 28 partner nations participated in the multilateral U.S. Central Command Eager Lion 22 exercise, Sept. 4-15, 2022 in Amman, Jordan. The seminar gave senior enlisted leaders from across the U.S. Central Command area a forum to discuss common concerns like unmanned aerial vehicles or drone protection, small unit leadership, and noncommissioned officer development. Exercise Eager Lion is a biennial, multilateral exercise hosted by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Along with partner nations, the exercise aims to address simulated threats, exchange military expertise, and improve interoperability between participating military forces. (U.S. Army photo by Cpt.
