    A bugler from the U.S. Army Band, "Pershing's Own", plays "Taps" during an Armed Forces Full Honor Wreath-Laying Ceremony at President William H. Taft’s Memorial Gravesite in Section 30, Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va., Sept. 15, 2022.

    The wreath-laying ceremony was held to commemorate Taft's 165th birthday and was hosted by Karen Durham-Aguilera, executive director, Army National Military Cemeteries. The wreath was laid by U.S. Army Maj. Gen. John H. Phillips, military deputy to the deputy chief of staff, G-6, United States Army Reserve.
