ASAN, Guam (Sept. 8, 2022) - A banquet was held at Top O’ the Mar to acknowledge and celebrate the ombudsman of naval commands home-ported to Guam with a dinner, raffle, and cake-cutting ceremony. The Navy Family Ombudsman Program is a Navy-wide program established to improve mission readiness. A strong command Ombudsman Program, both ashore and afloat, will help ensure that families have the information necessary to meet the challenges of a military lifestyle.
