Retired U.S. Air Force Col. Kenneth Cordier, a former Vietnam prisoner of war (1965-1973), provides opening remarks at a 24-hour prisoner of war/missing in action remembrance log carry, ruck and run at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Sept. 15, 2022. Cordier was captured after his F-4 Phantom aircraft was hit by a surface-to-air missile, he then was a prisoner for 2,284 days in four different prisons across Hanoi, Vietnam.
