NOME, Alaska (Sept. 12, 2022) – A flight paramedic assigned to the Alaska Army National Guard and a simulated patient is pulled utilizing a rescue hoist on a HH-60M Black Hawk helicopter during a Casualty Evacuation/ Personnel Recovery (CASEVAC/PR) rehearsal in Nome, Alaska.
