MANGALIA, Romania (Aug. 12, 2022) Lt. j.g. Renee Hill, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, places a Battalion Evaluation Equipment Program (BEEP) sticker on a MK30 Dump Truck to complete turnover with the previous battalion in Mangalia, Romania, Aug. 12, 2022. NMCB 11 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. Sixth and Seventh Fleet areas of operation.
